What we collect

When you use our webform, we collect the property address you search for, your name, email, phone number, and your answers to the seller/property questions.

Where your data goes

To prepare your report, we send your property details to third-party data providers, including CITEC Confirm, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, Before You Dig Australia (BYDA), QBCC, the Queensland Government's spatial and heritage data services, and your local council. Each provider only receives what it needs to complete its specific search.

How long we keep it

Documents sourced from CITEC Confirm are deleted 30 days after your report is generated, per CITEC's licensing terms. If you start a report but don't complete payment within 7 days, your property and personal details are deleted; a de-identified record (which council area, how far you got) may be retained for service improvement. Otherwise, we retain your information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Marketing

If you're a referring agent, we only send you marketing communications if you've opted in, and every message includes an unsubscribe option, consistent with the Spam Act 2003.
