1. The service

Verified Titles & Intel Pty Ltd (ACN 694 685 259) prepares a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement report by searching publicly available and licensed data sources for a property you nominate, based on the information you provide.

2. Payment

The fee is payable in full before we begin the paid searches. Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. Accuracy

The report reflects the data returned by third-party sources at the time of the search and the information you provided. We are not responsible for errors in third-party source data. You should review the report before relying on it for a property transaction.

4. Turnaround

Reports are typically delivered by email once every required search has completed. Some searches may require manual follow-up, which can extend turnaround time.

5. Refunds
